Absentee Tazkira
In accordance with Afghanistan laws, every Afghan citizen is required to have a Tazkira – local word for the national identification card. An absentee Tazkira is issued to a newborn child born to Afghan parent(s) outside of Afghanistan or an Afghan citizen who loses his or her Tazkira. We ensure all of your paperwork is completed to meet the requirements to obtain the Tazkira.
Birth Certificate
